Warranty & Return Policy and Cancellation


All products are covered by the manufacturer’s guarantee, unless otherwise stated. In order for the warranty conditions to be valid, it is essential that you check the product during freight delivery. In case of damage, do not take the product by filing a report to the freight agent. Changes to the product, deformation of the product, or deterioration in the original design / box or packaging of the product are not covered by the warranty.


The BUYER has the right to withdraw to himself or to the person / organization at the address given within 7 days of delivery of the products to be purchased from SoftSht . In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the SELLER must be notified within this period by fax, email or telephone and the product must not be used.

When exercising this right, the original invoice must be returned to the SELLER with a copy of the freight delivery report showing that the product has been delivered to the third party or the BUYER. The product price will be refunded to the BUYER within 7 days of receipt of these documents. If the original invoice is not sent, VAT and other legal obligations, if any, are non-refundable.

The shipping costs of the product returned due to the right of withdrawal will be borne by the SELLER.

In the case of software products, Soft Sht is not subject to license cancellation and fee reimbursement due to the exercise of the right of withdrawal after payment of the order, stating or without stating reasons within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Act. (After receiving the license, the right of withdrawal can no longer be exercised).

Since Soft Sht is a service / software delivered electronically to our customers, it cannot be physically returned. Since our customers can keep a copy of the software without our knowledge if they have the software, there is no right of withdrawal due to a physical return.

It is assumed that all of our customers who place an order have accepted the above terms in advance.
